Tuscan II on Eurotunnel

Hi - just a quick question - does anyone know if you can drive a Tuscan II onto Eurotunnel - any tips?

I took mine to Franch a couple of times last year without any problem. The guys and gals who direct you onto the train are pretty good and sent me to the bottom level every time. THe car sounds great on the train too!!

Directed me to the lower level as well.
If not just tell them you will have a problem.

My Tuscan has been through the Eurotunnel more than a dozen times. Never a problem....they always direct me onto the lower level.

Have a great time and watch out for on the Autoroutes.

I went for a track day in France via the Eurotunnel and it was no problem at all. The car got a lot of attention from passing passengers in the train. Especailly from those from main land Europe who perhaps have never seen or heard of a TVR.

Hi - yes took mine on the Eurotunnel and echo everyone else's comments about it being brilliant..

Couple of tips though..

- Do *NOT* miss your return time on a Sunday evening (especially if its a bank holiday) or you may be stuck for hours waiting until they come on...

- Be very careful when arriving back at Folkestone of the 'down' exit ramp.

It is very poorly lit and has a steep incline - I hit it too fast at 11pm coming off the train and I strongly suspect that the resulting chassis flex is what cracked my windscreen...

You can always say that your car is greater than 1.85m when booking the ticket. It won't cost any extra, and this will put you in the double height carriages with the buses and vans.
