Reverse Light Bulb ... how to

yes stupid I know but once I take the cup off I cant seem to work out how to change the bulb, can anyone help?

the fitting unscrews, then push and turn the bulb like a standard light bulb. Are you sure it's the bulb and not your reverse switch?

its under the gearstick leather gaitor, you need to take the centre console off to get to it, there was a thread recently on here about it, much easier to check the bulb first.
