Tuscan 2 cutting out in the rain!

As the title suggest......

Was coming home over the dartford bridge this afternoon and the heavens opened!!

not ideal, seeing as the car has never been out in the rain, but hey ho,
as soon as i got through the traffic and the tolls i put on the roof!! Yes it was off, and yes, loads of people thought it highly funny, and ive got to admit, i was singing at the top of my voice and laughing........... what the hell are you supposed to do.

Once the roof was on and i was back on my way, ive had a problem with the car shutting itself down, as if i have hit the start/stop button.
I am pretty sure it is nothing major, just water in the electrics, but does anyone know where i should look, and any pointers to what could cause the electrics to fully shut off.
would it be the window module doing it, if water leaked in the door tops, or would it be more likely to be somthing in the engine bay that i will have to re-waterproof!?

I am currently sat at a friends indartford waiting for the rain to bugger off!!!

ive ordered some self amalgamating tape and ill be attacking the beast with a vengance.
EVERYTHING i can find mildly electrical, and with a connector will get it!!
