Does anybody know of a good TVR mechanic in the Maidstone/Ashford area who's not going to rip me off. I used a guy in Ashford for the last year, who was good, but cant get hold off him now (Chris if you are reading this - Email me). I have a 2000 TVR Tuscan

When I lived in Maidstone I used the TVR garage at Larkfield (Waldonway) who were very good. I also used Dream Machines at Heathfield (1 hour away) who were also very good.

Another vote for Waldonway.

I think you must mean Chris at James Motorsport who currently services and looks after my Chimaera.

He has just moved to new premises in Faversham and his number is: 01795 535999

All the best

IMHO...the Tuscan is a very special bit of kit with a dry sump engine of substantial power and complexity.

It needs specialist attention which is why I take mine over to Dream Machines in Heathfield, East Sussex. They do know Speed 6 engines and their foibles.

Can fully recommend them as I now have 27,000 miles on the Tuscan with no dramas whatsoever. Reckon that speaks for itself.
