Well not really. I have been away on my hols and I had to leave my baby tucked up in the garage for a long siesta. After two weeks I rushed home, fired her up first time and went for a spin. I had noticed that something has melted in the upper part of the pod (the wobbly bit with the shift lights) and split onto the top of the pod itself. It looks like silicon and it has hardened quickly leaving a stalactite of stuff between the two pods? I wondered if I heated it with a hairdryer I could remove it without damaging the trim but ot sure if any more could seep from the upper pod. Does anyone have any ideas?

EXACTLY the same happened to me.
I just gently pulled the stalectites off. Didn't pull the trim with it.
It's where it has dripped down the centre metal pole that it's a pain to get off.

A friend of mine had the same prob in the hot weather. It apparently was to do with the insulating gunk that TVR used to use but has now been recognised as not suitable and has been replaced. Your dealer should be able to recommend a replacement.
