Another new edition. I can't stop grinning! Recently bought her over in Japan and took her for her first run today on the Izu Skyline, a toll road that runs down the backbone of the mountains. What a laugh! Bikes and me and the occasional bugger of a bus!
Take her to a track on the 21st - can't wait.
Happy Driving all,

It's the same colour as mine, i've heard it's called Rolex Blue but I like to go with purple since that's what it is in most lights, lol!

Mine is Reflex Green/Purple and has a "Nasty" purple / violet interior!

The purple doesn't show up so well in the digital images though.

Happy to accept it is Rolex Blue -makes it sound posh. But doesn't have quite the edge of "It's purple and nasty".
I like your interior, mine as you can probably tell is cream and too be honest could do with a damn good clean, tends to show the marks and the glue stains are quite prominent- any suggestions as to how too clean them?
All in all a very happy chap though.

Steve, in your photo on your profile your car actually does look blue. Rolex Blue is a strange colour, but no one who looks at my car has ever called it blue. There was a thread running some time ago about what the base colour actually is, and apparently it is a BMW colour, "Amethyst" IIRC.

I think everyone has their own ideas and favourtie products they use when it comes to cleaing.

My mate has a company called "Simple Solutions" selling industrial cleaners and professional car valeting stuff.

His "One Up" really cleans everything in the interior and will remove oil from the garage floor as well! You have to be very careful though else it will remove the dye and so I dilute it 50%. I then use "re-hydrate" every month or so, which is a natural product to feed the leather and really makes it supple and gives the car a great "Hide" smell too. I think it has loads of Lanolin? in it.

Welcome to the club, and what a lovely setting for the Tuscan.
My previous Tuscan was Rolex Blue (we call it cadbury's as it is the same as their chocolate wrappers), and whilst my new one is reflex charcoal, the rolex blue is still my favourite colour.

happy TVR-ing. biggrin: woohoo
