Today I am putting up my tvr Tuscan for sale.
Bought it one year ago and although I am over the moon with its looks and performance,The wife hates it,will not even get in it.
I know what you are thinking[get rid of the wife] and I would but the cost would be too much.
So look out in the adds for the car if you req a Tuscan with all work done inc a new clutch 200 miles ago send me a e.mail.
OR IF YOU KNOW A HIT MAN [Must give credit] get in touch.

Does she like Griffs or Chimaera's ? or Saggy's or Tamara's or T350's ?
Has she got her own car ?
Get her an MX5 or some other rag top or something she thinks is special and maybe she will start to appreciate why you wanted (need) a Tuscan.

Without sounding all Marriage counseller, I thought the point of a relationship is a compromise and decisions should not only benefit one side. If you sell the Tiv, this will send a signal that she's wearing the trousers and will give her the upper hand in whatever future decisions you both make because if she can have her way with the car, she'll try it on with everything else.
Maybe suggest that she should either take the bus when you're using the Merc or buy a wee runabout so you don't have to sell your P&J.

had over 30 offers for the wife 3 offers was from dealers.
Faced with letting me keep the tvr or the wife having to have a new owner
she has relented and even though she does not like the car she feels it would be the better option.
So sorry guys the car is now OFF sale.
The wife however well I shall leave her for sale for a couple more weeks.
she does have service history but I have lost the ownership manual.
Hence reduced offer of £19,500
