Showing my Tuscan some attention

After a month of joyful driving and some scary moments after opening the cam cover it was time to show my Tuscan some attention and give her some upgrades.

I finally had enough time to fit the Nitrons and lower her. The difference is just incredible. The car handles so much better and the riding quality is much better then with standard shocks. But that was not all. I decat-ed and changed the EPROM. Changed the oil and filter and also cleaned the filter at the end of the return hose. Now there were a lot of silicone bits and pieces. The scavenge pump must have had a tough time pushing the oil back to the tank.

nice, did you do the eprom yourself? where is this other filter that you mentioned?

I bought the Eprom from TVR Power and changed it by myself. It is not a big deal, you just have to be thin and have long hands, because the ECU unit is so deep inside the footwell.

This filter (its a mesh filter) is located on the scavenge oil tank where the return hose connects to the tank (drivers side of the oil tank on the RHD cars). First you have to unscrew the hose and than you unscrew the four bolts that hold the connection peace to the tank. Underneath you will find a mesh filter.
