Can anyone tell me if Carbon Cans fitted as standard to any Tuscans? It seems as though the majority have them but I can;t work out of they were standard, a factory option or an aftermarket fitment.

I'm currently getting insurance quotes and need to know if this counts as a modification. I'm hoping to buy the car this weekend so any quick responses would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jon

The standard cans look very similar, but when most people talk about carbon cans, they mean a specific brand which are generally a lot louder.

Cheers,

Carbon cans are an aftermarket fitment and are quiet a bit louder than standard cans as the inner sound absorbing material is replaced by a solid tube.

Thanks for the replies. It was actually someone from an insurance company that said that they might be standard. Hopefully it won't make too much difference to the premiums.
