Close Ratio Box

I have a 3.6 2005 Tuscan 2, I'm thinking of putting a close ratio box in it, what improvements will it make?

The first three ratios are slightly higher allowing higher road speed for a given RPM.The ratios are as follows:-

Standard Gearbox

1 2.95:1
2 1.95:1
3 1.34:1
4 1:1
5 0.8:1

Close Ratio Gearbox

1 2.43:1
2 1.56:1
3 1.24:1
4 1:1
5 0.8:1

The actual difference though realy depends on the final drive ratio, it's not really worth having unless you have a 3.73 to 1 diff, the 3.46 to 1 blunts the acceleration too much.
