Looks a nice example to be fair at a reasonable price. Presumably requires attention.
However, what baffles be is the extra 4k you can pay for warranty servicing and preperation.... warranty which WILL NOT cover a rebuild.
Seems advisable to buy as seen and put the 4k towards a shiny new engine when required with 2 year warranty.
Thoughts?!

There are lots of things than can go wrong with a TVR at a moments notice, The Tuscan is no exception. The infamous S6 engine, IIRC a full rebuild is circa £6-7000, clutches are around £1200 if they go bang. Numerous other items can and do go pop and need attention.
Now I'm not saying the car in question will require anything fixing during it's warranty period but it might. Like most high performance cars servicing and labour costs are not cheap in this day and age, and even fixing / replacing silly little things can run into undesirable expenses.
I purchased both my TVR's with a full warranty it just gave me the piece of mind that if anything did go wrong the bills would still be manageable.
So will my next car have a warranty? OH
as I’m not really a hands on automobile repair man.

Yep. They managed to squeeze in, in very small print, a max of 300 pounds claim !?!? My own fault of course.
You may also save yourself from some potential grief by getting the best example you can, not just the best you can afford right now. Took me 4 years to get mine...although I wasn't actively looking for all that period, I was (somewhat inadvertently) getting myself into a position where I could afford a newer example.
It's still no guarantee of a trouble-free life, but careful choices and patience may go a long way.
EDIT - Just noticed you're looking at a Fernies car. Got mine from there.....went to look at a Mk1 as I'd always wanted, walked out with a Mk2 which 18 months prior I didn't like. Not regretted it for a second. That's not a slight against Mk1s, just highlighting that your first idea might not be the one you ultimately go with.
It's still no guarantee of a trouble-free life, but careful choices and patience may go a long way.
