Removing the radiator

My radiator seems to have a tiny leak - looks easy enough to take out to me, but I think I read somewhere that you should remove the front bonnet and grill?
Can anyone confirm if this is the case before I start un-necessarily dismantling things....

This thread... may help.

By the looks of things you just remove the main bonnet, then undo the hose clips (bottom left and top right) and drain the coolant. Then it's just a bolt each side of the rad.

I had a tiny leak a long while back which I tried to get to - I found it a complete nightmare.....called AA out who classed it as "broken" and I claimed for new one to be fitted against the AA breakdown repair cover.

yep just replaced mine - was cheaper than fixing the hole! Shiny too.

Rob,what you doing asking on the forums when you know we are just a phone call away... No, I know forums are a great help but you know if you get stuck give us a bell. If its a small leak use a rad seal from local car shop I did on the Cerbera and its worked just fine. John G Star

I was wary of radweld as have heard of potential blockage problems...?

Use the liquid one, "Barrs leak" follow instructions on bottle and you will be fine.
