Been looking for a Tuscan 2 with Mark 1 lights, they are just so much more to look at, thought about buying a 2 and doing the adjustments but have continually looked for one that has already been done, looked on here a few months back and somebody else had bought and done the perfect deed (sorry looked and cannot find the thread) lovely motor, but I think this is over priced more than likely will be shot down in flames, do not look at my profile as have not listed my previous and present cars for me not required. Comments welcome but so want to become one of the fold but with what I know I will love and cherish.

Hi thanks
I know still think a little overpriced would liked to know the congregation view but seems no replies, up in your neck of the woods for the Ayr Gold cup 3 days (horse racing)in two weeks
Thanks for your agreement, never understood why they abandoned them, perhaps with their new launch they will learn by their past mistakes, keep the Tuscan sex lights lol

I have spoken to the guy (forgotten his name) at Fibreon at ROAR 08 to discuss a similar project and he seems up for doing most kind of work, so why not give him a ring to discuss your requirements for a conversion and re-spray? Get his details from the internet.
Get a good circa £18K car in the colour you like and with the interior to match. Then spend a few thousand customising it to your taste, which hopefully you will find enjoyable once you get started. I don't think you will find what you want otherwise and you will probably save a lot of money.

John did you get that done since our trip to the Isle of Man? How much does it cost?
As you know I had to have a new grill anyway so decided to go for the T2 one, exactly the same price as the egg crate one c£145 (you'd need to confirm with Fibreon). This is quite cheap until you start the paint/matching process which pushes the price into what is frankly stupid territory. I needed a new service bonnet and re-lamination of the main bonnet also so can't give an accurate figure. Also you can't fit a T1 splitter under the Fibreon T2 grill so as you have an 'S' you would probably need to think of having the wing-lets, although I find the car is now much more stable with the new grill you may not need it.HTH.Gassing Station | Tuscan | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
