Rear Shelf and boot custom luggage - any out there?

I was thinking how I often put luggage on the rear shelf when the roof is off (not often at the moment 
) and how its a bit of an eye sore. Is there any such thing as bags that fit the contoured shape? Would be cool if it looked good and matched everything.
And whilst on the subject anything to fit the large but odd shaped boot?
