If not Spiders then???
Discussion
After 3 and a bit years and 35,000 miles I haven't seen any wheels which look better on a Tuscan than the 18" Spiders. On Cerberas' and T350s' the SP12 looks great but IMO just doesn't work on the Tuscan.
So any suggestions for alternatives, or I could just get them changed to Anthracite

I think the SP12's look great on any Tiv to be honest, I did think about changing my anthracite spiders over for them but ended up changing the front 2 for refub'd ones instead.
I recall seeing some lovely, unusual wheels at the Loton Park SP6 event a good while back - I think it was StillGrinning's Tuscan (Tony) but I might have that wrong. They weren't Spiders, SP12's or the Power ones but looked great.
Each to their own I guess,
Andy

Oh blimey
All right [sits on fence] they do look good I suppose but just not for me [/sits on fence].
Personal preference and a TVR are difficult to describe sometimes.
Dean I forgot about yours, I do like them but didn't you have a problem with them when first fitted?
ETA: Thanks Ian, that colour those wheels the front grill

If Woody (Griftwood) is reading this, he might know who won the SP6 "event" as it was that car I am thinking of if I recall right, not to worry anyway..

Thanks,to be honest I dont know, they were on the car when i bought it,all i know is they have made in Germany on the inside of the wheel.I have asked a few people in the know to no avail.Cheers
Andy
I was told that my car was in a book called "British Sports Cars" by Konemann, and there it is with the wheels on,Big section on TVR (all models covered)not a bad read.
The book is quite a few years old so maybe they were on the car fron new ?
If anyone knows what they are please let us know

Hi John,I had a few handling issue's,vibrations and the like,I had new shocks and a full Geo set up and was still there! so i sent the wheels off to be refurbed and one had a flat spot ! all good now
The 'works' ones from ACT look similar to spiders, but are much stronger. John Simpson used to have these on his sprint Sagaris. Looked spot-on. http://www.actproducts.co.uk/shop/index.php?main_p...
Only ones i would ever consider replacing my spiders with...
