Well, my BM is hopefully now sold, so i just need to wait till saturday and the cash is in my hand and i can start looking for a Tuscan seriously.
Have been doing a good amount of research and have the tuscan check list, just a shame the budget is tight so will be limited to models around the 2000 age.
There are a few with higher miles having had a rebuild and there are some with lower miles that havn't which are in my budget, this is where im struggling to decide the best way to go.
I build engines anyway, so should it need a rebuild in the fututre i would do it "in house" however obviously i would rather not have too. Hmm lower miles and better condition with the risk of needing a rebuild in the near future or poorer condition and lesser chance of needed a rebuild.

Ill start with the really bad then things can only get better. Car was bought as a cat c but doesnt say any thing on log book so i dont know if this erases the problem. Anyway i bought car in march as a project and due to work commitments managed to get about 99% there! No chassis damage whatsoever, just bodywork that is now spot on. Had full respray in chameleon blue/purple, gold in strong sun, looks awesome in the right light! 2003/53 done 5350 miles and currently sat in the garage away from the rain. Mechanically sound, all faults have been amended, engine pulls like a train but with that mileage it should do. Interior is immaculate with no faults at all bar missing cigar lighter. Played about with exhaust, sounds fantastic! There are some very minor scuffs on the car where the body shop had trouble panelling back up but overall the finish is really nice, some very minor work needs doing in the engine bay, but is very straight forward, just havent had time with the niggles! The list of snagging is now minimal and probably requires a weekend to do but is hopefully reflected in my bargain price of £14000, there or there abouts. Any questions kindly answered, matt
