Somebody i know is in a lucky enough position to be able to afford a TVR tuscan, he is only 20 years old and is looking to spend 14k on the car. he also has a wedge saved for insurance.

Realisticly what are servicing costs?
MPG return on (motorway 70-75 mph)?

Annual running costs excluding fuel. Doing 6k a year.

Cheers

Search - lots on here.

Its abit of a roll of the dice but bear in mind buying at the bottom end of the market you are more likely to have to put time/money into it.

Best case - £500/year for servicing and bits
Worst Case - £6k for engine, £800 servicing and the list is endless.

I get 22mpg.

Why not look in the members section under cars and do a search for Tuscans with the most history in the 'blurb' or follow this link to get you there more easily!

6K per year?

Not including insurance or petrol, probably 1-2K
