Hi People, has anyone removed the outer lens cover over the headlights on a MKII Tuscan?
If so please tell me the procedure as there is condensation which I have to try to remove.
Thanks for your help

I have the occasional bit of condensation under the lens covers but it does clear after a little while.

I think there may be a break in the seal securing the cover,so if I could remove it, I could clean and reseal.

Mine mist up a bit, but I find wax polishing the plastic lens cover helps.

same fix as a DB7 which had the same problem drill a small hole in the bottom just in front of the lens. this will allow the traped moisture evaporate when the light are turned on

Thanks for the replies, anymore ideas as I really want to remove the lens cover, as there are now water droplets towards the actual headlamp, which when eventually dries will leave stains the black horizontal surface.

Had my covers resealed by RG at last service, sorted moisture problem for now, so assume good seal is the answer. Expect the problem to reoccur eventually.
