Mk 2 Tuscan Front Fog Lights

Any ideas of where to get 2.....??

The ones either side of the number plate in the front grill.

They are the indicators on the MK2.

Im putting a mk2 grill on my mk one as I prefer it to the cheesegrater.

I was thinking of putting a couple of front foglights in the holes.

Are they standard bulb/ light housing size? If so I can purchase a pair of standard lights and fit them i guess.

Although looking at your profile picture it seems as though they are a different size..... any ideas??

In this picture they appear to be same size as MK1 indicators:-



This car had mesh where the indicators are on the MK2, although no reason you could not get some small fog lights to fit in thre. I think the early Tamoras use to have fog lights which were a similar size.

had a word with clever trevor, he rekons best bet is to measure up and buy some hella spots/ foglights to fit the holes.

Probably cheaper and will come with all the bits.

DEFINATLEY HELLA same as the reversing lights £19 EACH,BUT YOU NEED THE ALLOY SPACER AURROUND then puflex or similar rubber type glue to fix em
if you want to buy a mk2 grill winglets or any tuscan/cerbra fiberglass bits(best deal)giz a shout

Have you got any details on the lights you refer to? or maybe a link?

I have got all the required parts (including winglets) off of fibre-ron, cost a few quid but am very impressed with the quality. Next step is to get a quote off BeeGee for spraying...... again, not gonna be cheap, its a shame Halfords don't do Crystal Blue Topaz in a can or i'd have a go myself

If it’s not any of the Reflex or Chameleon type paints they should be able to match it. Did with my Imperial Blue Tuscan.... They do all the primers, laquor and polishing compounds too.

Crystal Blue Topaz is a reflex type of chamelion paint.

I would have to go digging for part no`s,there 60mm units.also used in the CERBRA led mod type tail lights (mouldings also mavailable) try www.hella.com ?..

An ally spacer/trim ring is also fitted (ive seen them advertised on a tvr sight some where.
leaving the holes as vents aids radiator cooling.

ALLWAYS PRE FIT ANY MOULDINGE BEFORE PAINTING as the cars do vary quite a lot, slight trimming or filling may be needed, (just look at factory panel gaps) thats why they cant be suplied pre painted

Thats a good tip froggie, will pre-fit it, then take it all off again to be painted.
