LCD dash repair
Discussion
I have a 2003 Tuscan S that is going to get some TLC over the next few weeks. Moving house and renovating has meant that the p&j has been garaged for a while.
However, having been a long-time reader of the posts on this forum, I am going to upgrade to HID xenons on Monday and am planning to repair the LCD screen which suffers from the usual demons.
However, there seem to be 2 LCD display options for sale: (1) Raceproved LCD display sold on ClevorTrevor website (£161 inc VAT) and (2) LCD display from TVR Power (£107 inc VAT).
Has anybody got any recommendations as to which I should get? What is the difference between them to explain the price difference?

LCD's can often be repaired, right?
I think there are ex TVR staff offering this service someplace. Mine just got done this way (via Dreadnought).

Mines was acting up and got fixed via X-Works TVR in Lancashire. They drop them off to the lady that used to build them at the factory.I think there are ex TVR staff offering this service someplace. Mine just got done this way (via Dreadnought).

Hi dav3, a bit difficult to say as it wasn't just one screen that had gone several of them had lines across them but all they chraged me for was £99.73 for parts and the labour was included in a service, but all told I was really happy with how little it cost. I hope this helps, ring Martin Slade their service manager their- CK
