rebuild conundrum - help please!!

Read your other thread and those that replied
I read another thread somwhere that after 2003 speed 6 engines that were new or had a rebuild were made up from upgraded parts instead of the inferior parts that TVR had used on earlier previously built and recalled engines pre 2003
On this basis your engine should be built with all the latest upgaded parts
