My passenger widow is playing up - when I went to open the door from outside, it only dropped about 1/2" and fouled the windscreen pillar.
Pushed the door shut and it sealed again, but keeps doing the same.
On going in the Drivers door and working the window winder, the window won't move in any incriments more than about 1/2", up or down.
The exception seems to be when locking/alarming the car, where it closes all the way as usual!
Car is only getting used about qnce a fortnight at the moment, but is kept under cover in a dry garage.

Any ideas what I should check?

ditto, sealant goes on the window encoder, its a little cct board screwed into the motor to measure the movement of the window. I dried mine out, and sealed it with some damp start.
