My speedo has no back lights, the digital part is lit up but the actuall speedo isnt, is it an easy job to strip and replace the bulbs?

I think they are LED's rather than bulbs so it is unlikely that they have all "blown" - might be a PCB issue...there's a specialist lady up North who refurb's the pods I think but I don't have the details to hand, someone will have though....

Bugger, its had a new pod at some time during its life, may be just put back together wrong, looks like the wheel is coming off and the pods getting stripped! More to add to the list of "minor" todo's

I dont think it has one but i hope im wrong! The first time drove it at night i noticed they were out, and wondered if it was just turned right down, the next day i looked around for a switch and thought i had found it, but it turned out to be the intermittant wiper speed switch. Hmm best have another look when i get it back.

Should be on the opposite side of the pod to the intermittent wiper knob thingy,

whistle what an idiot am i going to lookif its there, i did check though, maybe its something else that was not fitted to my car like the diagnostic plug.
Pressumably it should be near the lever to tilt the wheel then.

Not sure if its the same as the Tam but the dial illumination can be set different depending on if side or dipped beam is selected. The knob with the white dot on it located on the RHS steering column adjusts the dip wipe frequency setting. Dial illumination is on one of the user menus
