leaking oil pressure switch
Discussion
Help!
2002 Tuscan.
1. The oil pressure switch is leaking (very slightly) - is this a common problem?
2. Is the switch a bespoke tvr part? If not can somebody advise source / part numbers please.
3. The wiring loom has two cables/ wires, cable tied to the switch - there is only one terminal on the switch?? Can somebody explain please?
Thanks
Andrew

sensor on mine made by Bmi whoever they are
have searched high and low for an equiv
but to no avail...it should be a £20 part IMO
but ho hum
the sensor has a 1/8th taper pipe thread that just
screws into the adaptor block. I used some ptfe
tape and tightened to good hand tight and no more
Looks like the cap head screw on top is for bleeding
out the air after refitting
