Finally got around to doing the Diff bushes on the Tuscan this week, it turned out to be a real pain of a job as all the bolts seemed to have been done up by superman, snapped a extension bar and hex bit in the process but finally got there in the end and now have some nice new poly mounts courtesy of Clever Trevor.

Also running some different engine mounts at the moment and seeing how they work out.

Next job is clean up the chassis, that 50k it has on it now is starting to show.

How did you find changing the diff bushes ????

Any particularly difficult areas (Getting the top bush out etc) access etc, Any special tools needed ?????

Looking to do this shortly as I've changed about every other part on the back end, so might as well do the diff as well.

Well the front ones needed a rather large hydraulic press to remove them from the brackets. The rear bracket is a pain to get the bolts out off but once the front is off you can move it around to gain access to them better.

They are still in the development process at the moment but hopefully will be better than the originals which seem to suffer with heat problems from being so close to the exhaust.
