Roof Rubber/Seal

Can anyone help. I have a leak which I think it down to the rubber seal on the roof. It's not the one at the far rear of the roof running along its width, but the one which goes around the locating pin holes. Can you buy this, and if so where?

In addition if anyone has any leak cures for water penetration from the roof area I would be most grateful. The water has now stain the full length of the passenger side roof lining!!

I bought some (I think from racing green) - but beware there is more than one type - I bought the wrong one. I suggets emailing them a picture ti ensure you get the correct one.
