New clutch fitted, much lighter... is something wrong?

Just had a new clutch fitted to my 2001 tuscan and its much lighter. I expected a new clutch to be heavier or as heavey as the last clutch. When you release the pedal it doesn't come back up as quick as the last clutch. Is there something wrong? can an adjustment be made? If anyone has had the same experience and maybe resolved it please let me know as i'm a little worried. Other than that, had the car for fifteen months now and that was my 1'st problem.

I had a new clutch fitted to my cerb with the uprated slave/release bearing about a month ago.
I found the new clutch,lighter,smoother and easier to get away from a standstill

Ditto had a new one last week, much lighter - as a plus i dont get so much leg cramp now

Yeah, mine seems to be the same, was quite suprised when I drove it away from the garage but all seems well.

It's normal for a new clutrch to be lighter, so nothing to worry about

Agree with comments .The clutch should feel light.Once it gets heavy its time to change .
