How should I buy a Tuscan?
Discussion
Having decided to buy a Tuscan (2001/Y with mid 20's budget), the next question is how to buy it!?! Everyone knows how hard it is to find the right car... so do I find someone (cue expert) to do the hard work for me? I have heard of a couple of people (namely James Agger, or Rob Ingley etc) who can do this, but I would appreciate input from peeps who have been through all this already... cue you guys (and girls!)!! Thanks in advance....
The independents are the best people for you.
Unless you are an expert at what to look for, you shuld find someone who is known to have a good reputation to sort the wheat from the chaff.
James is excellent, 'cos he knows his colours
, and more importantly has sold a few new.
You might also try David Gerald (Inkberrow which might be closer to you) who also have a good reputation for knowing their onions......

Not in your experience hey?! Comment noted - cheers.
Without naming names, I've spoken to a few people who can locate one for me, but whilst one of them may lack the TVR experience (not actually heard any bad reports though), another seemed to do their sales pitch, and didn't convince that I would actually end up with a good deal.
I'm not going to even start with colours and their added value to the car!
