dunno ! I'm going to mail Graham.

I have measured up between top belt mounts - so will check if Graham's Sag is the same dimensions.

I'll let you know but just added my name to the list on the proviso they fit a Tuscan

As far as I know the roll hoop (and indeed the rest of the chassis) is identical on the Tuscan and T350 family, with the exception of a few things like suspension pick up points on the Sagaris and later cars. It would be good to get confirmation of the dimensions though.

Graham has said he will measure up and let me know

for reliability purposes do you want to measure yours too?

then I'll compare with mine! it is a TVR after all

Measuring the roll hoop is a bit of an inexact science with the leather covering in place, but mine measures approximately 132cm between the centres of the mounting points on the back of the hoop. It's approximately 123 cm between the centres of the heads of the seatbelt mounting bolts on the front face of the hoop (with the seatbelts in place).

Pete

i'm thinking (can't measure as I'm at work) that the best location will be seatbelt top anchors? Means ease of fit and can "revert to seatbelts if needed - or even a dual install?

is this a "safe" location or am I being naive?

Yes, you mount the harness bar into the roll hoop using the same threaded holes used for the seatbelt top anchors. The only difference is that it mounts on the back of the roll hoop, leaving the seatbelts mounted on the front. It's far enough back not to foul the seats, and lets you use either harnesses or belts depending on your mood. The only destructive part is poking a hole through the roll hoop trim next to the little rear quarterlight windows.

Cheers,
Pete

Have no intention of going on a track but I don't find the seats give much lateral support even on the road so would be potentially interested if it fits a tuscan(2) and was revertable to standard.

Can anyone confirm? If so, I'm in.
