Hazard Lights have packed up, indicators are working fine though.

I think the fault lies with the button on the Pod. Could someone let me know what happens when you activate the hazzards. Does the button come out of the Pod and push back in when you turn them off. If so how much travel is there.

My button moves in and out slightly (0.5 mm travel max)

Can anyone please help.

Snap!

When i was looking over the car before i bought it they worked fine. Got home and was having another play and nothing, mine too appears to be the switch, it moves in around 1mm then returns to the same place when released. Need to have ago at getting the switch out but its really low down on the "todo" list.

The button depresses by a couple of mm when you switch the hazzard lights on, then it pops out by almost the entire original travel. You repeat the process to turn the lights off. Note that when they work, the hazzards come on as the switch pops out, not as it is initially depressed.

I've had a problem where the support inside the pod for the switch has moved, meaning you press the button and it sticks in (it's no longer a mm proud of the dash), and the hazzards don't come on. I've had it expensively fixed once by completely stripping the pod, but it recurred a year or so later. My solution now is just to make sure that the button is depressed with a push perpendicular to the pod, then it doesn't seem to stick.

Worst case, you will need to dismantle the pod to work out how seriously the innards have collapsed.

Cheers,
Pete

My Hazards stoped working not long after i bought mine, turned out to be the main big electrical plug on the back of the pod very slightly loose, try that as well.
