The carpet which is normally attached to the top of the passenger footwell has decided to detach itself and hang down! I have tried to reattach it with extra strong velcro strips but they don't seem to work. The problem is there are so many wires and cables behind were it goes I can't get a good clean point to attach it to.

Can anyone offer any advice on a long term fix (how do I do it, what adhesive should I use etc etc!).

Thanks

I had to pull all my carpets out recently in the footwell.

Give the back of the carpet a good spray with this stuff and it will stick a treat wink

Thanks m0ssy, how easy will it be to pull it away again if I need access to the wiring behind if I stick it with that stuff?

Its strong enough to hold, it resists high temperatures, if you need to pull away it will without being over-sticky.

Worked for me! thumbup

I had the same problem with mine, make sure the heater matrix ecu hasnt fallen down as this is what caused my carpet to peel away. Managed to cable tie it to the chasis and re-stuck the carpet. All well at the moment.
