TVR Tuscan in Kenya

Tuscan forum members may already know about this car, but whilst watching a program on the Schweppes Concours D Elegance 2008 in Kenya I was amazed to see a sparkling Tuscan, still wearing British plates.

Apparently entered by a company called Alpine Auto Parts

Anyone know anything else??
