Nice colour but it’s a 3.6, Shirley most buyers would want a 4.0?

Have to admit I think TVR really screwed up with this design. The dash in the Mk1 is so much nicer to look at.

I beg to differ.

I bought mine specifically because it had this dash rather than the latter dials as I think it is more appropriate to the car's design language.

Each to their own eh?

Exactly. I am a bit odd in tastes though as I personally cannot stand the shape of the Griff - the one TVR almost everybody says is a design classic.

The outside of the T2 I do believe TVR got exactly right, I much prefer it to the Mk1 externally - perfect for me would be a combination of the two.

I'm with you on this Zippee! I just never liked the Griff!

it was cheaper a week ago when it was advertised at 19800 by the owner, now looks like it is being commission sold by a dealer and they have added their cut. i thought it very cheap at 19800

great colour if you ask me - although that dash is hideous

has a "FULL RAC GOLD WARRANTY COVER" which might be good or sod all use.

For a Tusk2 its cheap

mind you that dash is truly madly awful - - you'd have to poke your left eye out before driving

A number of thoughts spring to mind:

a) my p&j must be worth f*ck all now
b) Mine has rare paint and it costs £500 a litre....there is no such thing as touching up !
c) Why hasn't it got the front spoiler ?
d) If there is nothing wrong with it then an engine upgrade would still make this a cheap car !
e) I think it would look better with different coloured wheels, but we won't go there !

I disagree! Good early mk1s still sell for 15-16k. Personally I think this is just a very cheap mk2, remember 1 car alone does not indicate the state of the market!

Mk 2 standard models do not have the front spoiler. Front lower light cover needs re-sealing, and the aftermarket stereo looks dreadfull. Otherwise seems well priced.

May just be me but the advert doesn't really tell you much about the car other than standard and the major selling point seems to be a warranty!

Maybe a very well looked after car but I'd prefer more info on the car if i was looking to buy.

I recently wrote off my much loved year 2000 Tuscan Mk1. I paid 14k back in 2006 and just got 14k back off the insurance as their Valuator agreed that I coudnt replace it for less.
