Have them fitted to my Chim - better than Gaz in my opinion - but also more expensive. My car's ride height is noticably lower and the ride is much firmer. I love it, but many wouldn't for the road. Car is great on smooth roads but can be a real handful on bumpy lanes at speed...

So why not soften them a bit then?

Ride height & damping are adjustable on Nitrons.

I drove with- and without them. Great difference in rideability. Nitrons seem to be the best investement yet for my Tuscan S.

Good point - but as I say I love the handling and the ride height is generally good (although I did mash the exhaust twice today whilst investigating a hoon route! See M27 Hoon on events for more info..) slowing me down a bit on country lanes is no bad thing anyway - a bit like the TVR's traction control - the long accelerator pedal

PS blew a Nitron on above drive
