dash problems

think of got the dreaded lcd problem, as i lose alot of lines when i first turn on the car, but after a while they come back, is there no fix but to replace the lcd screen?

also, both the temp and fuel gauge dont work ( the mechanical dials under the lcd screen) has anyone come across this problem before?

fuel and temp work fine on the lcd screen.
