help, engine not starting

Hi everyone im new to pistonheads but have had a tuscan for a couple of years now, i would appreciate any advice and help on why the engine wont start. the car hasnt been used for a few weeks now and have tried to start it but it wont even turn over now. the first time i tried it did try to turn over but didnt fire up, the second time it amost started but then i heard a swooshing noise briefly then it wouldn't even try to start, i can hear a buzzing noise as i turn the ignition on which im guessing is the fuel pump, but nothing after that, anyone any ideas?

Probably battery. Buzzing noise is fuel pump. Other possibilities are crankshaft sensor, but if it nearly started then it probably isnt that.

Sounds like the battery is flat which does happen if left without a trickle charger for a few weeks.

What voltage is the battery at?
