Six Speed box

Does one exist, I keep finding that I an trying to change up when in 5th

Just press the loud pedal harder...

Pressing the loud pedal doesnt always help, and is there a six speed box ! not really trying to go faster, just trying to reduce wear and tear on the engine m'lud
