It would'nt go any faster....crawled about 1mile, and just got me off the island before running dry, was praying i'd reach the petrol station just around the corner but never made it, did have a can with me though, only the 1st time in 14yrs of motoring that ive run out of petrol!

yep.... saw you and your car, and knew it looked familiar, checked your profile and sure enough it was you! you cant even breakdown in peace now!

My car looked like it had been to hell and back, not normally that dirty, should really have been using Ronda, but couldnt find the keys (wasnt having a very good day was i?)

anyway... how did you manage to keep your car so clean? looked spotless

Actually, having just driven from Leeds to Worcester the car was filthy, so it was taken for a handwash as soon as we arrived in Worcester. Sad but true.

Yep, used to live in Berkeley-Heywood, just next to the church.

If you see a G-reg blue S roaming around it belongs to the people we were visiting yesterday. Reading through Sprint yesterday we also found out that their car used to belong to Mr Morgan of Morgans Mutterings fame.

small world, live on St Peters myself, came off the motorway early when I realised i was getting seriously low on gas and reakoned tescos was the nearest.

anyway, my car is now nice and clean too! and tucked up in the garage now Ronda keys have turned up
