As I have just completed my "1st trip around the UK of the year" visiting relatives and friends from the 4 corners, I had the pleasure in popping into Glenvarigill TVR in Kircaldy Scotland. There it was, a beautiful new Moonraker Black Tuscan S. What made the visit worthwhile for me, is that as we have no dealership over here in Jersey, and mine is the only Tuscan here, and with no other car to compare it against, was the quality build of these cars now, and still for around the same sort of money as back then "not that mines is poor quality" it's just that I now need to upgrade, therefore if you see someone in the streets busking, or offering services for a bob-a-job etc it could be me, so please give generously and help fulfil my dream.

Hi James,

We must meet up one day - I have the only Tuscan in Guernsey!

I know what you mean about the no dealer problem. What happened to JS cars? My Chim came from there but they seem to have given up selling Tivs. I still use Ken Hudson for servicing, though.

Hi Rick,
We certainly do need to meet sometime, JS Cars still trade but I haven't seen any TVR there for sometime now, Ken Hudson has the Tuscan in at the moment for it's annual service "does a fantastic job" with the cars, I think he would like to become the official dealer for the C.I. I would like to see him have the agency / dealership as he is very well respected in the motor trade here.
