Getting quicker with age...the car not me!

I have noticed a pick up in performance lately in my Tuscan S. It is a 2002 model, used daily for a City commute and has done close to 15K in just over 18 months.

Now I know other engines perform better over time, but I was wondering if anyone else had noticed the same from the 390bhp S6 engine. The funny thing is, it is actually getting close to needing a service, but I feel reluctant given that it is running better than ever!!

Most TVR engines will loosen up after the 12k service, and given your daily city commute yours may have taken a little longer

Take it out for some fresh air and give it a few revs, should loosen up a bit more once you get to rev it instead of sitting in traffic!

I got rid of my 4.0l Tuscan at 18,000 miles and it was still getting quicker. I still miss that engine....

Mine has now done 36,000 miles......I can now get to places before I set off!!!
