Immobiliser problems

My immobiliser doesnt auto disarm when i unlock the car. I still have to put the little stick in the hole to disarm the immob.

Pressing the key button does nothing.

How do i re-sync this?

open up the keybutton and try to clean it

The button works ok as it unlocks the car and alarm ok.
