Hi,
After a good period of time my Tuscan S gets somewhat slow at idle (500 rpm). I would like to have a check first using my new Clever Trevor diagnostics cable + laptop. Can anyone tell me how to walk trough this procedure (power on? engine on? what to do first after connecting the cable). Is the software program straightforward. Anybody with the experience? The car runs okay through all revs and has full service history. Only idle is too slow.

plug cable to com port
turn key to get ign on but no need for starting engine
Start sw
You should get a whole range of stats incl idle things like throttle positions that change if you push accel
Start engine
Once the sw is running you seem to be able to start stop engine and ign come to that without having to restart sw
