Steering wheel change

I've been told that Tuscan Mk1's steering wheel can't be upgraded to the (better looking) Mk2 version due to the display levers getting in the way? Any solutions to this problem?

everything can be made if you really want to
have a special hub fixed
but
i would buy a car first before thinking about changing the steering wheel
or
if it's such a big problem for you
dont buy a mk 1 but buy a tusc 2
personally i disagree
i find the mk2 steering wheel looking like a batman wing ??
