Anyone know this Tuscan 's' UF0 2 TVR

As the title says really, Im interested in a mk1 Tuscan s which is for sale via ebay at a non tvr dealer in Derby called Mark campbell motors, The car looks stunning in the pics... however im a little nervous about it being in the hands of a non Tvr dealership, Anybody know of its history.
