Grrr...i fix one thing and gain another problem at the moment, its like a problem exchange, my Tuscan is playing games with me!!

The POD LCD display has various line missing, although which ones are missing varies! They did start to reappear over my 40 mile journey too rolleyes

Also, the speedo stuck at 70mph this morning...any clues?!

Replaced the big fuse last friday and first drive since but i cant think these would be related?!

If i have to get the pod repaired...any recommendations?

Got my run in service Monday @ Str8 Six but would prefer to have an idea whats wrong beforehand...

Hi there,

Do a search of Pod replacement - I replaced mine recently and used instructions that were supplied by a previous poster. It's a fairly simple job, albeit a bit fiddly.

You will be able to at least inspect the speedo gearing mechanism when you get as far as the PCB board that the new screen plugs into. Could be a simple problem but I didn't have the speedo problem so can't really advise on that one.

Good luck!

ps - yes, the car is playing games. Mine is definitely schizophrenic!

Hi,
there's an ex-factory lady in the Blackpool area still doing pod repairs I believe. She fixed my pod, via Dreadnought-Callander. Fine job.
I also had an inop speedo, which turned out to be a stripped plastic gear which is part of the pod mechanicals.
I think the TVRCC or Sprint issues have her contact details (or I guess you could call Dreadnought Garage Callander to get the number).
