4.3 speed six insurance

On average how much of an increase has the 4.3 power rebuild added to you your premium and god forbid any accident, is the cost of paying out for the rebuild covered if the car cannot be repaired to upgrade its replacement?

I’m with Haggerty’s at present, renewal due around May. As there quote was cheaper than my previous insurer by £150 I did not ask what if any the increase was for the 4.3 and increased value.
I have my car insured for 20k, the premium fully comp was £350.
They did promise it would not go up this year, we will see !

Manning's advised if the power increase is no more than 10% (of the factory figures) then no additional premium is required.

Remember, no disclosure of 4,3 could be no cover!

In the case of a total loss, should you wish to cover for the expenditure on the rebuild rather than 'market value' an agreed valuation at little extra cost ia avaiable from Manning's.
