i have try to contact them 3 times per mail and per fax but get no reply.
Try giving them a call
They are usually really busy, which is a good sign I guess, but will answer the phone 9/10.To the OP, can't comment on the car in question, sorry, but I have bought a couple of cars from them in the past including my current Tuscan, and can't fault them for service.

Hmmmmmm, I'd like to say I agree with that last comment. But I can't. The guy who bought a Sagaris and was (eventually) compensated for a list of defects might also have an opinion.
Fair enough, for every good story there is a chance of a bad one. There's a specialist up north which most seem to love, however I wouldn't let him work on one of my cars again even if he paid me, so can understand how you feel

Hope yourself and the Sag owners issues were sorted out in the end

I'm in no way related to Offords btw, just offering my opinion

OP - Not sure if yellow is to your taste but have you seen this one at Sebring?

I use them for all my servicing and their cars are all prepped to a high standard. Matt their mechanic is also very open and honest about the cars if you want to speak to someone other than in sales.
