Can't blame her indoors this time for wheel damage as I tend to do on the Euro Box,she will not drive the Tuscan because it makes too much noise!!!
Driving precisely,but obviously not precisely enough I just ,and only just clipped the kerb with the nearside front wheel at about 40mph.
The result is very slight damage to the wheel right at the top of the rim where it meets the tyre. The markings are in two separate places.
Looking for suggestions on the best way forward.
Can you for instance rub down with wet and dry, fill in any deeper marks, and then spray or brush, or is there a magical solution?
Most would not notice, but you know what it is like your eyes are drawn to it.
Any help will be appreciated.

You can have a go at repair yourself there are kits available off places like ebay, depends on how deep the scratch/ gouges are.
If you have only damaged the paint then find a paint touch up that matches the colour of your alloy and thenput on several thin coats until the paint is just above the level of the original finish and then rub it down with ever finer grades of wet and dryuntil you are level with the original finish and then polish.
If you have taken any of the alloy out then you will need to fill that beforehand.

I've used www.myalloys.co.uk before. They're great and will fix it back to looking brand new for about £50. They're based in Basingstoke so not really very local for you!
