After refitting my winglets and fitting a rear spoiler the TIV has the feel i want.
cant say i like the looks but i can "feel" the car now.
it's less nervous and really gives a good feel with speeds far over 200 km/h
yust did 260 + on the motorway with 1 hand on the steeringwheel
and as extra. could reed my speed in km/h
till now it was frightening. the fun began today
took me new lining, personal fitted shocks and springs, semi slicks and front and back spoiler
what the heck
it's the result that counts

Let us all in on your secrets, can we have some good pics?
Glad your happy with her now
On UK a & b roads (private of course) my tuscan still feels pretty jumpy even with a full geo and new uprated shocks...above 100 leptons. but then, i think most cars do at that speed

do you want a pic of my stinger or do you want one (got 1 spare)
or do you want pics of my tacho with a reading above 260 ?
with good weather will make one next week.
i learnt that the car doesn't have to be jumpy. have a specialist do your springs, shock's and fix front and rear spoilers.

Hi Rens,
I think he mean pictures of your car now its spoilered.
I had new shocks and springs done on my Mk1 and it made a tremendous improvement.
My Mk2 realy doesnt feel good at any speed. If I have a load in the boot the rear always seems to kick to the left on every bump in the road. She's in for new shocks and springs right now for so hopefully will be much better.

Sounds good, Rens.
My MKIIS was very good on standard dampers up till 110 mph, although bit too hard for the twisties.
Now with the Nitrons/Eibachs springs and a softer setting it glides over de B-roads without losing control (the suspension now really absorbs the bumps) and is stable at high speed (although haven't tried it above 130 mph). It's brilliant!
Of course being a MKIIS it already had the winglets and (big) rear spoiler.

Yes! The spoilers please... I think he mean pictures of your car now its spoilered.
Im still experimenting with the shocks, think they are too soft and bouncy right now!
if you need new shocks adress yourself to harry at race direct and ask him to set up a pair of protech's like he did mine.

I have brand new Gaz Gold Pro shocks on, geo done a couple of weeks ago at TVR power
Like the front, but im not sure i can bring myself to do anything to the back, i just dont like the big spoiler! I guess i will always pay the price of a car that handles less well at speed as a result...
I see your a biker too, good man, true petrolhead
...i need to get mine back on the road sharpish!!

yep MV Agusta F4 1000 R with powercommander. s
t my pants on it like i did (till yesterday) in my TIV. but i think that will never go away on the bike
don't like the looks of the rear spoiler from the backside. from the side and from the front it's cool. but this is not about looks, it's about surviving my right foot
