My passenger door is rubbing the door cill just before the curve of the door flattens out.
Do i adjust the top hinge and push it in or the bottom hinge and pull the door away?
Don't want to do this job twice.

sounds stupid but you should do exactly the opposite what made the door hang down
somebody has been leaning on the door
yust lift it up
it's a lotus esprit trick

Understand what your'e saying not sure the hinge bolts will shift under brute force i only need 2mm i reckon but will give it a heavebiggrin

Had exactly the same with passenger door. Fixed by loosen the lower hinge bolts.
